The OnTime® Mobile Calendar means instant access to the people in your organisation, their calendars and gives you a clear picture of their availability. So now you can coordinate and schedule your co-workers’ activities at the right time, wherever you are.

With secure access to your corporate network, a simple user interface, and the tools you need to find, add, delete contacts, arrange appointments or find a good time to talk, Mobile Calendar is ready to go to work.

The OnTime® Mobile Calendar is fully compatible with any Smart Phone running in a JavaScript supported and built-in web browser. The Moblie Calendar need at least a 320-pixel wide screen and support mobile devices from Apple’s iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile, Blackberry to Nokia, Motorola etc.

¦ OnTime^® Price calculation

OnTime® Mobile Calendar is licensed on the OnTime® Group Calendar 2011 user basis. A license is required for each user or resource configured in the Group Calendar. If a user or resource is included in more than one OnTime® Mobile Calendar it will still only require one license for this user. There is no server license and the licenses can be used across locations within the same legal entity.

The OnTime® Mobile Calendar is an add-on to the the OnTime® Group Calendar 2011 license and is priced at 20% of the price of a Group Calendar 2011 list price. The maintenance price for the Mobile Calendar is 20% of the Mobile list price.
